Job Title: Bilingual Korean Investments Analyst
Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% onsite)

Schedule: Mon - Fri 10:00AM - 7:00PM
Summary
The Investments Analyst supports the planning, analysis, and execution of capital investments across a distribution center network. This role focuses on evaluating supplier proposals, managing procurement processes, controlling budgets, and ensuring accurate invoice handling.
The position works cross-functionally with leadership, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within approved budgets. In addition, the Analyst contributes to project tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting overall capital planning and facility operations.
Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Develop and present capital investment proposals to senior leadership
- Administer RFQ processes, including supplier outreach, bid analysis, and award recommendations
- Evaluate pricing structures for labor, materials, and equipment to ensure cost accuracy
- Identify and select vendors, negotiate pricing and services, and assist with contract management
- Monitor supplier performance and support ongoing vendor relationships
- Drive cost control through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies
Budgeting & Financial Oversight
- Track project budgets and monitor spending against approved allocations
- Assist in developing annual capital investment plans
- Analyze and address budget variances in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Maintain expense tracking and support general ledger accuracy
- Assist with forecasting, financial reporting, and purchase order management
Project Management
- Support capital projects from initiation through completion
- Define project tasks, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Partner with stakeholders to establish scope, requirements, and objectives
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant teams
- Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
- Contribute to executive-level presentations and project reporting
- Support facility startup initiatives and cost-saving programs
Execution & Timeline Management
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Track purchase orders and align procurement activities with project schedules
- Monitor deadlines and project milestones to support successful implementation
Operational & Network Support
- Analyze equipment and facility needs based on operational demand
- Consolidate capital expenditure requests and provide summary reporting
- Evaluate vendor performance across cost, quality, and service metrics
- Support maintenance and operational readiness across facilities
Additional Duties
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within procurement and operations
- Review and refine project proposals and purchasing processes
- Recommend enhancements to systems and workflows to improve efficiency
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience
- Bilingual Korean (speak, read, and write) required
- 5+ years of experience, preferably within the automotive industry
- Proven experience in project management and capital investment planning
- Strong background in supplier management, RFQs, and bidding processes
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience with asset management and accounts payable processes
- Exposure to SAP is preferred
- Warehouse or distribution operations experience is a plus
